General Notes
- I am NOT a web developer. You will need someone to make the website live and code it!
- Wireframe & page flow is done on Figma.
- I am not responsible for the purchase of a domain, plugins, or any other additional service.
- At least a 3-4 month notice. Anything sooner than that is subject to a rush fee (55%)
Process

2. Low/Mid Fidelity renders will be made
3. Revisions & Approval
4. High Fidelity made to give to Web devClients have unlimited revisions. Once the file is final and approved then I will not revise anymore.

Terms of service
Use and Property Rights
I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason, including but not limited to subject matter, scheduling conflicts, and personal comfort.
- I reserve the right to publish my work on my social media and/or use it for self-promotion.
- Credit me when using my designs (e.g. on stream, social media, or any other platform that is public)
Freelancer is not responsible if the domain gets terminated due to miss payments or termination of name
- I am allowed to work on other projects.
- Client is responsible for any purchasing such as domain names, web memberships or any additional extensions.
- Do not use my work to train AI. This includes during the project and when the project is over.
Payments & Refunds
- Payment is fully upfront or a 50% deposit - 50% upon completion, via [Paypal/Venmo].
For any reason the project is canceled after production, the deposit will not be returned and I reserve the right to keep the assets that I made under my name.
- Additional work that is not otherwise specified in the original contract will require additional payment. Additional pricings will be determined by the state of the project and severity of the additional materials.
Deadlines & Delivery
- Clients are advised to contact me at least 1 month before their desired deadline. Web projects require at least 3 months in advance.
Any projects that are requested sooner may result in an Rush Fee of 50%
- Deadlines must be clearly communicated by the client.
- After finalization, I will provide files through google drive. Commissioned files are delivered as their respective file types depending on the use of the file.
File types include PNGs, JPGs, SVG, Figma link and/or AI files
Communication
- Updates, revisions and schedule changes are communicated to the Client in a timely manner.
- Commissions will be reviewed and discussed before fully accepting.
- Files will be provided after payment. All files are under my licensing until the project is deemed completed in a two-way agreement between Client and Freelancer.
- Communicate when needed. All communication is open for the duration of the project via Discord.
